OUR STYLIST

Tanya is one of Dallas’s most renowned hair colorists. She likes to joke she began her career at thirteen – mixing up her own creations from home color kits bought at the drug store for her friends and their moms.

Ty has been styling hair since 2008. In additional to his meticulous technical skills in cutting and styling hair, he has advanced training in hair extensions and Keratin straightening.

Lila Gabriel has been a stylist for 7 years beginning her training in Pittsburgh. She has trained in New York City, Philadelphia, and England to refine her craft. She is certified in five different types of extensions, Vidal Sassoon cutting techniques, TiGi color, Brazilian Blowout, Toni and Guy cutting courses, and KMS cutting courses. She specializes in color and extensions.

SALON POLICIES

Cancellations

Plans change, and people get sick. We get it, sometimes you might need to change or cancel your appointment. We ask you give us 24 hours of advance notice. If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled without 24 hours of advance notice, we reserve the right to charge 50% of service fee. In the event of a “no-show” (no prior notice of missed appointment), we reserve the right to charge 100% of your service fee.

24 hours before your appointment:

We will send you a confirmation text, email, and phone call. If you need to cancel, now is the time to let us know.

It’s up to you to remember the date and time of your appointment, the confirmation notifications are a courtesy. If your contact information ever changes, please get in touch with us as quickly as possible to ensure there’s no missed communication.

Product Sales

Because we are a small business all product sales are final. The refund of defective merchandise is our only exception.
